Hazel Emlen is an award-winning, nationally recognized real estate agent proudly serving Solano, Yolo, and Sacramento counties and surrounding areas. Hazel strives to ensure that each of her clients feels empowered, educated, and confident in their home-buying or selling journey.
 
With 7 years of experience, and having sold over 270 homes and 127,000,000 worth of real estate, Hazel is in the top 1% of Real Estate Agents. Hazel prides herself on being a skilled negotiator, a clear communicator, and is respected amongst her peers. Some of her most notable accomplishments are being named an honoree for the “30 under 30” Class of 2021 by the National Association of REALTORS®; being a nominee for Woman of the Year for Solano County; and currently serving as a Board Director for the Northern Solano County Association of REALTORS®, and is also a recommended business for California.com.
 
Hazel is also the host of her own podcast, Real Life and Real Estate which you can find wherever you get podcasts. You can also find Hazel’s published articles written for California.com, as well as she is a blog contributor for the National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network.
 
In her spare time, Hazel has a strong passion for her community, and for service. Hazel has held the titles of Miss Vacaville, Miss Napa County, and America’s Miss California. During this time in her life, Hazel had the honor to win numerous community service, and interview awards.
 
For Hazel, she wants to encourage those around her to chase their dreams, and to keep learning. She says that life is full of opportunities if you are only brave enough to say “yes” to them.
